We're looking for Baristas and Shift Supervisors to join The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Hawaii teams in our Honolulu locations! If you have a passion for customer service, can work in a fast-paced environment, and love coffee, you may be a great addition to to our team!
Skills:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Program, Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, multitasking and problem-solving skills
Requires high organization and great attention to detail
Performs with a “sense of urgency” and possesses a positive attitude
Education & Experience:
Register and cash handling experience a plus
High School Diploma or GED (required for Shift Supervisors)
One year retail or customer service experience or (6) six months of specialty coffee experience (required for Shift Supervisors)
Previous supervisory experience (preferred for Shift Supervisors)
