Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all tours are conducted to Hawaii Forest & Trail standards, including providing exceptional customer service while operating a safe, fun, timely and exciting experience for our guests.
-Responsible for all aspects of tour operation, including but not limited to; gear loading and unloading, safe and proper operation of a 4WD 14 passenger vehicle both on and off-road, passenger pickup and drop-off, overall group safety, pre and post tour tasks.
-Ability to be punctual, work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
-Possess a valid US driver's license
-Be authorized to work in the U.S.
-Pass background check and traffic abstract must pass company policy
-Pass our internal guide training program
-Able to work long shifts from 7 to 14 hours depending on the tour
-Able to complete required certifications - CPR/1st Aid and DOT Medical Certification
-Weekend availability
