This Lil Piggy is growing and we’re looking for a rockstar Front of House team member to join our award-winning BBQ restaurant! This is a full-time position for someone who can handle cashier duties, retail product sales, and keep the customer experience running smooth from start to finish.
We’ve been featured on TV, recognized for our Texas-style brisket and “Broke Da Mouth” beans, and serve customers both at our Kunia location and farmers markets across the island.
Your Role:
Greet guests with aloha and great energy
Run the register, take orders accurately, and handle cash/credit transactions
Upsell retail products like our famous Pipi Kaula jerky and upcoming Fried He‘e Chips
Keep the front clean, stocked, and running smooth
Help manage inventory of merch and grab-n-go items
Support catering orders, farmers market packaging, and wholesale fulfillment
Requirements:
2+ years experience in customer service, retail, or restaurant front of house
Great communication and organization skills
Tech-savvy with POS systems (Toast a plus)
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Friendly, fast, dependable, and loves BBQ!
What You Get:
