SOUS Chef Reports to:
Owner, Executive Chef, General Manager, and Director of Operations
SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, oversees all foods and pastry production. Assists in supervision of all production and pastry staff. Sous Chef is a hands on position which does require cooking, helping on the line and prepping as needed. Maintains high professional food quality and sanitation standards. Represents The Fish Hopper with a professional and positive demeanor.

MUST HAVE A VALID HAWAII FOOD HANDLER'S CARD OR BE SERVSAFE CERTIFIED
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
MUST BE AVAILABLE DAYS/NIGHTS/WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS
