Uncle D's Kauai in Harbor Mall is seeking full-time and part-time help. We are a unique, locally-owned shop that is a take-out BBQ restaurant, production kitchen, disc golf pro-shop, and retail liquor store. We are looking for a full-time kitchen manager, and team members who can shift between kitchen, register, and retail as needed during busy rushes.
Ideal candidates have kitchen experience, are customer service orientated, and have attention to detail. Disc golf and craft beer knowledge helpful, but not necessary.
Work responsibilities include: kitchen prep, opening/closing the shop, smoking meats, keeping tidy workspace, working register, stocking, dishes, labeling bottles, cleaning, packing online orders, taking phone orders, and making lunches.
We need help Tuesday through Saturday. Opening shift starts 8:30, and closing shift done by 5:30.
