● Be the face of the hotels to our guests by interacting with guests in person as well as by answering the phones, responding to emails and reviews Process Reservations.
● Ensure that guests enjoy our accommodations by responding promptly to questions, requests, emergencies and complaints via messaging, call, email, or in person.
● Outstanding guest service and problem-solving skills along with excellent and clear communication skills are a must.
● Make guests feel welcome even when not communicating face-to-face.
● Inspecting rooms before guests arrive, assisting with cleaning rooms as necessary. Washing and folding onsite laundry. Carrying supplies and linen up and down stairs.
