Job Opportunity: Kitchen Manager
Location: 1944 Kalakaua Ave & 1501 Liliha St
Hours: Full-time 35-45 hrs, schedule varies (includes prep days and food truck shifts)
Pay: $4,000/month salary + tips

About the Role
We are hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee food preparation, inventory, and operations for our food truck.
This role requires strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to manage high-volume prep work. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for prepping all menu items, ensuring we don't run out of stock, and shopping for items for the food truck.
YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all food and inventory shopping (company truck provided)
Track stock levels in the food truck, storage, and support kitchen
Lead three 8-hour prep days per week, ensuring all ingredients are prepped efficiently and up to quality standards
Cook and pull 180 pounds of meat per week (must have experience with meat prep)
Prep additional items as needed outside of scheduled prep days to prevent shortages
Work one to two days per week in the food truck
Provide shift coverage when team members call out
