Good Manufacturing Practices
Entry level food handling practices
Duties/Minimum Requirements:
Material set-up, preparation, dispensing, packing/sealing & storing product
Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
Able to stand on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours
Read, write, and comprehend the English language
Basic mathematic skills, (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Background knowledge of general food safety practices (preferred)
Physical Challenges:
Repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Standing in place for extended periods.
Lift and carry at least 40 lbs occasionally.
Occasional exposure to temperatures of 32° Fahrenheit and less.
Occasional mobility up and down single flight of stairs.
