As a Server at Roy’s Kaanapali, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, responsible for curating extraordinary dining experiences infused with Aloha. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine dedication to making every guests visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in the dining room
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold service standards
- Anticipate guests’ needs and provide personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must embody the Aloha Spirit – warm, welcoming, and gracious
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
