I'm looking for the Slice & Dice Master & Dough Balling Beast
Everything we do is House Made. All sauces, dressings and rolls and dough. Looking for one who loves to put there head down and get it done! Might be a great job for a higher level person looking to add some extra income to there pocket.
Must be able to understand par levels, adjust them based on volume for the week. You are already the master of consistency! This position can rotate between two restaurants to fulfill a full time schedule or part time. Must be mornings.
