You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that each plate is well crafted and meets our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to B's Kitchen's recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food items are cooked and presented to the restaurant's standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with rotating and stocking supplies.
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle special dietary requests and modifications.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or culinary establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
