We're looking for a reliable self starter who can get to work on time with a helpful attitude towards their diverse workmates.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including trash cans
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, counters, tools, knives, and equipment
Clean dishes and store in appropriate areas and left to air dry
Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals and refill when empty
Inspect and stack cleaned items, rewash if necessary, put away
Keep bathroom clean and sanitary, including toilet and sink
Assist crew with storing supplies as they are received (upon request by shift)
Assist crew as needed lifting bowls (up to 50lbs)
Assist loading orders for delivery (upon request by shift)
Sweep floors, front and back of house, nightly
Clean and dry mats twice weekly
Thoroughly mop and clean floors twice weekly
