Job Summary: Complex Engineering Coordinator
Centralized Engineering Services is looking for a Complex Engineering Coordinator to successfully support supervisors and assist multiple properties/teams. You’ll be a critical member of the properties Engineering department, assisting with both operational and clerical duties.
Essential Duties
Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports, work schedules, newsletter, and expense reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Obtaining proposals, quotes, invoices, and manager approvals, ordering, and completing requisitions within property budget.
Enter and locate work-related information.
Assist with administrative work.
Utilize company or ownership purchasing applications, and computer programs/systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Birchstreet, Synergy).
Dispatching and coordination of work when needed.
Maintain and Organize supplies inventory.
Coordination with contractors and vendors.
Capital Submittals.
Secondary Duties
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a hotel or related field helpful.
Self-motivated individual who is organized and efficient.
Ability to manage situations professionally and effectively communicate with a broad range of people.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
