Chef/Kitchen Manager Job Description
The Ranch is looking for a creative, talented, energetic and experienced chef looking for a fun and rewarding challenge. The Ranch is a new Waterfront Restaurant in East Oahu with an additional Commercial Kitchen preparing cuisine for multiple eateries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong work ethic. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food to order
Create unique dishes and specials
Ensure proper execution, procedures and plating
Manage kitchen inventory
Ordering & Receiving
Train and supervise kitchen staff
Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
