Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide impeccable quality and presentation of all food to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Deliver personable customer service to guests, clients, and vendors, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.

Execute private dinners at various locations, ranging from intimate gatherings to large events with 2-200 guests.

Oversee kitchen operations, including menu development, planning, and supervising kitchen staff as needed. Including cleaning of cooking equipment, utensils, plates, silverware, trash removal and floors.

Demonstrate strong time management skills, punctuality, and efficiency in completing tasks.

Adaptability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Strive for consistent 5-star reviews on social media platforms, contributing to our company's reputation for excellence.

Experience:

Culinary school graduate with 2-4 years of experience, or a minimum of five years as an Executive Chef/chef de Cuisine.

Proficiency in sourcing high-quality food products, menu concept and design, and maintaining food presentation standards.

Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing events from start to finish in fast-paced environments.

Creativity and awareness of current food and industry trends to enhance culinary offerings.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with guests, clients, and vendors.

Diplomacy in handling difficult situations and individuals, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work long hours on your feet, ranging from 6-15 hours per shift.

Adherence to proper grooming standards and willingness to collaborate with team members.
