About the Role:
As our Café & Store Manager, you’ll lead both the café and retail teams. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, build a supportive team culture, and help create a space where guests feel welcome and cared for. This role is perfect for someone who blends operational smarts with a people-centered heart.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the café and artisan retail store
Manage staff schedules, inventory, and workflows
Train and coordinate team members for excellent customer service
Solve operational issues with calm creativity and leadership
Collaborate with leadership on promotions, seasonal offerings, and growth
Maintain an affirming space aligned with our values of inclusion and aloha
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience managing teams in café, restaurant, or retail environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure, creative problem-solving
Detail-oriented, adaptable, emotionally intelligent
Preferred:
Experience with culturally grounded or mission-driven businesses
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, or café management software
