Job Summary:
As a Busser / Runner at Crouching Lion Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assisting servers, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables.
- Refill water glasses and provide guests with additional items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and restrooms.
- Assist in restocking and organizing supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
