Location: Kawaihae South Boat Ramp, Big Island, Hawaii
Vessel: 30-foot RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat)
Tour Type: Evening Manta Ray Snorkel Tours
Boat Capacity: Up to 20 guests
Crew: 1 Captain + 2 Crew Members
Positions Available: Part-time & Casual
Compensation: $15/hr during training, $20/hr after training
About the Role:
We’re looking for fun, passionate, and energetic people to join our team for Manta Night Snorkel Tours on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii! Our goal is to provide guests with an unforgettable manta ray snorkeling experience, and we need dedicated crew members to help make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming Aloha spirit throughout the tour.
Educate guests about wildlife, Hawaiian culture, and the surrounding marine environment.
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests while maintaining professional crew operations.
Work efficiently as part of a tight-knit, professional crew.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
Must be comfortable on the ocean and a strong swimmer.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Physically fit and able to work on a boat.
Willing to commit to at least one year with our team.
