Experienced part-time and cover-shift crew sought to join our large sailing and powerboat fleet spanning the Big Island from Kona, Waikoloa and Kawaihae. The position has the potential to grow into steady PT/FT shifts for the right candidate. We do not do manta trips; captains and crew do not need to work nights. The workday ends after the Sunset trip.

Hawaii Nautical is one of Hawaii's largest ocean-activity providers, with a fleet of vessels islandwide serving many harbors across Oahu and the Big Island. We believe in delivering service, safety, and the spirit of Aloha.
We do not have night-trips so all shifts end after the Sunset sail at the latest. We are very eco-conscious and we do not do swim-with-dolphins nor swim-with-mantas trips. We respect the ocean and the ecosystem, and follow strict guidelines so that all marine mammals and wildlife are protected.
