Job Responsibilities:

As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious scratch cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences.

Our Bartenders prep for our scratch made cocktails to be ready to serve at opening and continue to prep during shift till competed.

Bartenders, or Mixologists, mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests

Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing cash receipts to record sales

Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers

Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area

Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes

Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items

Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor

Ensures smooth operation of bar services during absence of supervisor

Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
