Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
Starting at $30- $35/hour, depending on experience, with benefits, including: medical, dental, PTO, 401K
We are in search of a bartender and front of house team member for our Farm and Food Experience and Lei Experience and to assist in executing special events (weddings, concerts, private dinners). We are a start-up led by a small team, interested candidates must be a self starter and willing to pitch in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Job starts at 15-20 hours per week with additional hours added as the programming and events grow.
Required Skills:
Strong connection to Hawaii, thorough understanding of Hawaiian culture, language and commitment to place-based work.
Bartending experience, knowledge of local ingredients, cocktails, wine and beer.
Strong customer service skills – engaging with customers in person.
Availability to work evening, nights, weekends as required
Active Hawaii Blue Card holder or willing to obtain
Able to lift 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of POS and booking systems(Clover, Fareharbor, Toast).
Hospitality experience
Basic farm or gardening knowledge
