We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and guest service.

- Provide leadership and support to restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring efficient and effective performance of duties.

- Train and develop staff members, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed to enhance performance.

- Interact with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to: payroll processing, inventory management, and reporting, to ensure accurate and efficient operation of the restaurant.

- Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests and provide recommendations as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry, preferably in a high-volume establishment.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with guests and staff.

- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial analysis.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
