Receptionist

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist at a Finance company located in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this Receptionist role, you will be a critical part of theteam, handling a variety of tasks including customer service, data entry, and mail processing. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service Operate a multi-line phone system, ensuring all incoming calls are answered and directed appropriately Manage email correspondence efficiently Accurately input customer data into the system Welcome and assist any visitors to the office Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all items are correctly sorted and distributed Utilize Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently answering and directing calls Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining a positive and detail-oriented demeanor Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail Experience with email correspondence, including drafting, sending, and organizing emails Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including tasks such as document creation, editing, and formatting Experience in mail processing, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail.
