Description We are in the search for a meticulous Receptionist to become a part of a Design team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role will encompass a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to fielding telephone calls, directing visitors, and maintaining efficient office operations. The chosen candidate will also be expected to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in various office skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate department or individual Welcome and direct visitors within the office premises, maintaining a hospitable and business like atmosphere Undertake word processing tasks, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly formatted Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval and storage of documents Handle faxing duties, ensuring all documents reach their intended recipients in a timely and secure manner Assist multiple supervisors with administrative tasks as needed Maintain a smooth workflow within the office, quickly troubleshooting any issues that may arise Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft office for daily tasks Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.Requirements Must possess basic office skills and 1 or more years of receptionist experience in an office environment Experience in filing and organizing documents Ability to use email for business communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively Should have a customer-service oriented mindset Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Office Administration is a plus.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
