Seeking an Analyst to support Maritime Working Group (MWG) Distributed Logistics break out group (LOGBOG) team supporting U.S. Government leadership framing and collaborating solutions to contested intra-theater distribution gaps. The role will directly work with the U.S. Government and leaders to explore complex naval challenges, understand strategic constraints, and work collaboratively with functional teams to implement solutions.What you'll Do

Researching government policy and procedures; preparing presentations for senior stakeholders; facilitating working group meetings; developing project reports; and managing project timelines.

This role provides the opportunities to learn Deloitte frameworks, develop domain knowledge with government logistics, and gain experience designing high level government presentations combining multiple data sources for integration.

This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.Qualifications Required:

Must have an active SECRET clearance

Must be local to Pearl Harbor, HI, San Diego, CA, or DC areas able to access SIPR terminals potentially multiple days per week

3 years of related experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking

Experience working with government systems (i.e., SharePoint) and stakeholders

Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through

Ability to interact and communicate effectively and concisely with high-ranking military officers

Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Working knowledge and experience of MS Office (e.g. MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)

Experience with Strategy, Transformation at Scale, Business Analysis, USN Subject Matter Expertise Data Analysis, Communications, Complex Problem Solving, Analytics, & Graphics Support.

Preferred:

Active Top Secret is preferred

Experience working within DOD and knowledge of DOD organization strongly preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
