Inventory Specialist

Description We are in search of an Inventory Specialist to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will be engaged in various tasks in our warehouse, including inventory counts, data management, and general office duties. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities: Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage inventory data Align inventory counts with database records Assist with clerical duties as required Perform inventory audits to identify discrepancies Utilize basic office skills for day-to-day operations Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Ensure reliability in all assigned tasks Use strong math skills to reconcile inventory numbers.Requirements Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, demonstrating the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently. Strong knowledge of Database Management is required, displaying the ability to organize, store, and analyze data effectively. Should possess Basic Office Skills, including but not limited to answering phones, filing, and managing office equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, showcasing the ability to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and generate detailed reports. Must have experience in conducting Inventory Audits, demonstrating the ability to manage, track, and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
