Aloha!One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is looking for an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst. He/she will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide support to fulfill account and role provisioning requests in a timely manner. They will also work closely with business units to ensure accounts and roles are provisioned according to business needs while adhering to access management program guidelines and bank security policies Lastly. they will assists with collecting and reporting performance metrics, training and supporting team members, and leading reviews for various audits.

Identity Access Management Support: (65%)

a. Assist with developing and implementing project plans related to Identity Access Management.b. Create and maintain documentation procedures for access lifecycle management activities (i.e. provisioning, de-provisioning, access revalidations)c. Serve as an escalation point to troubleshoot and resolve access related issues specifically around access, accounts, authentication, entitlements, andpermissions.d. Ensure accounts and roles meet business needs, while adhering to bank policies.e. Provide consultation to business units to identify and implement solutions for IAM concerns.f. Analyze issues related to IAM systems and supporting infrastructure and make recommendations, including but not limited to:i.Active Directory configuration and management including security groups, group policy objects, trusts, and moreii.Active Directory monitoringiii.IAM tools and systems for authentication and directory synchronization with hybrid cloud environmentsg. Lead and support installation, upgrade, configuration, deployment and testing activity for the identity management system and IAM toolsh. Accurately document all changes to access.i. Assist with creation and maintenance of documentation for the audit and compliance testing.j. Assist with implementation of security controls pertaining to IAM systems.k. Assist with internal and external audit activities and remediation requirements2.Support compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and company policy: (35%)a. Ensure policy and procedures are properly maintained and executed.b. Collects and submits proper evidence in a timely manner for audit and compliance.c.
