Description Robert Half is looking for a skilled Human Resources Recruiter to join a Travel Company in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the recruitment process. streamlining hiring procedures and ensuring we attract and hire quality candidates.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, trade groups, and employees.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Screen applications and select qualified candidates to move forward in the hiring process.
Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate the interview process.
Regularly maintain and update our applicant tracking system.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and needs.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a HR role, with a focus on recruitment.
Proven experience in sourcing, networking and screening applicants.
Knowledge of labor legislation and employment equity regulations.
Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment.
Strong decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
