In this key role, you will help deliver unforgettable experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public spaces. At VI Resorts, every detail matters, and our housekeeping team is at the heart of it all.As a Housekeeper, you will: Clean guest rooms and public areas, including lanais, floors, windows, furniture, and bathrooms.Change bed linens, replace towels, make beds, and restock guest supplies to resort standards.Sanitize kitchens, including appliances, surfaces, and refrigerators, following resort guidelines.Handle inventory checks, report maintenance issues, and return lost and found items.Use proper equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.Communicate and respond to guest needs promptly and professionally.Collaborate with team members to achieve daily housekeeping goals.
