Basic tier 1 troubleshooting experience in a Windows operating systems environmentJob DescriptionHe/she will be deployed on various projects supporting the desktop team that includes installations, hands-on troubleshooting, desktop support, printer support, break-fix, asset management, cleaning and organization of IT equipment, removing drive grids and palates, and assisting with project set-up of simple equipment. There will also be help desk/ over the phone support involved, in which the technician will provide the first line of defense/ tier 1 support, and escalate the issues to the higher level tiers as needed. They will be using a ticketing system called Sharewell to document tickets.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
