The pay scale is based on the level of skills and expertise.Responsibilities:
Install drywall, tape, texture, and paint with minimal guidance.
Perform basic plumbing, electrical work, and flooring installation.
Execute carpentry tasks, including framing and finishing.
Conduct painting and finishing work to restore damaged areas.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Salary Guidelines:
$22/hr: Install drywall, tape, texture, and paint with minimal guidance.
$25/hr: In addition to the $22/hr skills, perform basic plumbing, basic electrical work, and flooring installation with minimal guidance.
$27/hr+: Must have all the above skills and at least one expert-level trade.
