Essential Job Responsibilities

Provides protection planning, preparing, executing, and assessing services for Physical Security to preserve the effectiveness and survivability of mission-related military and nonmilitary personnel, equipment, facilities, information, and infrastructure deployed or located within or outside the USARPAC AOR. Develops risk mitigation strategies and cross-component coordination for protection of USARPAC’s personnel, facilities/critical infrastructure, and mission.

Monitors and provides protection technical support and data analysis to USARPAC planning efforts; specifically, Operation Pathways, Pacific Sentry, Keen Edge, and other USARPAC operations and exercises.

Provides recommendations for product development (e.g., MOEs and MOPs (Section F, Deliverable 14)) to the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Theater Campaign Order (TCO), Theater Army Campaign Plan (TACP), Operational Plans (OPLANs), and Orders and Protection Forums.

Provides analysis, planning, and development of Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs); COAs; and OPLANs in response to Operational Needs Statements (ONS) and Request for Forces (RFF) to improve protection capability to meet mission readiness requirements for U.S. forces across the Indo-Pacific.

Provides analysis, planning, and development of Protection Security Cooperation activities, such as Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA), support to Homeland Defense missions, and the Army-directed Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED) Training Integration Cell (CTIC).

Minimum Qualifications

15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.

Experience administering and coordinating security programs for classified or proprietary information, materials, and equipment.

Proven ability to develop and implement security procedures for restricted areas, access control, and document handling.

Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting security regulations, identifying compliance gaps, and obtaining clarification from government agencies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with government agencies, company management, and personnel.

Proficiency in writing security manuals and training materials.

Experience conducting security education and awareness training programs.

Ability to investigate security violations, prepare reports, and recommend preventative actions.

Experience conducting security self-inspections, physical security surveys, and threat/vulnerability assessments.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy for maintaining security clearance databases and document control systems (e.g., Access Commander).

Clearance- Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance with the ability to get a TS/SCI
