Escrow Officer

For our ever-expanding staff, we are now looking for someone with escrow officer expertise. You will be expected to interact with sellers, buyers, and lending organizations while also looking through trust deeds and mortgages in this position. To ensure everything is in order and prepared for finalizing a sale, you will also be required to supervise ownership records and get property drawings from assessors.ResponsibilitiesCommunicating with sellers, buyers, and lending institutionsTransferring and holding fundsVerifying documents and land ownership accuracyPreparing closing report and finalizing transactionsExamining mortgages and trust deedsSummarizing search activity documents and reviewing themObtaining reports and property drawings from assessors and surveyorsOverseeing ownership documents and verifying property titles
