AECOM seeks an experienced, proven Program Manager to lead and support Comprehensive Long Term Environmental Action Navy (CLEAN) environmental remediation projects and program in the Pacific.  The candidate may work remotely within the Honolulu but will be expected to travel to specific project sites periodically for possibly extended periods of time. Our DON clients expect us to bring the best people, ideas, technical expertise and digital solutions to our work in the environmental market space.  CLEAN Program Manager will have a proven track record of:Managing and leading federal performance based/Time Material environmental remediation projects and ProgramFamiliarity with CLEAN environmental programs, contaminants and organizational framework of the agencyExtensive DOD and CLEAN Experience in Hawaii and Guam.Managing and directing professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects and ProgramAchieving contractual performance and financial milestonesOther responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:Familiar with project invoicing and cash flow managementAnalyzes financial statements and completes budget trackingPerforms work with minimal direction with periodic reporting to internal regional and environmental managementPerforms complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems with the support of the project teamSupervises mid-level and senior staff during all phases of project workConducts reviews and provides staff feedback for continued improvementdepartment of Defense (DOD) business developmentOversee and develop technical approaches and cost estimates for proposalsProvides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
