Oversee the provision of laundry and dry-cleaning services for customers. Responsible for the compliance maintenance of operations. Maintain a daily log of all activity in and out of laundry. Manage the laundry and dry-cleaning operations to guarantee prompt and quality service in a productive manner.
This individual will be also be responsible for inspecting garments for stains and damage before cleaning; have a basic understanding of how the company’s specialized dry-cleaning machines operate and the chemicals that are used; sort, tag, and bundle garments correctly for easy identification and retrieval; provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and requests; uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workplace; maintain accurate records of cleaned garments and customer orders; collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Experience in a supervisory role in this role or a similar one is preferred. Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail and time-management skills, are also requirements, as is the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with multiple parties. Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining records is also preferred.
Salary is based on experience and total compensation includes an incentive bonus program.
Work schedule may include weekends and some holidays.
