Attending to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping a record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Staying updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience in a customer service role.
Familiarity with the Distribution industry is a plus.
Ability to stay composed under pressure.
Positive attitude towards customer service.
Ability to use computers and other technical systems for tasks like data entry and managing customer information.
Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
Attention to detail and adaptability.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience in a call center or a related customer service role is a plus.
