We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects, drive results, and ensure seamless execution from inception to completion.

Position Overview

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success and maintain a strong safety culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any delays or issues.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

years of experience managing construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and building codes.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PMP or other relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
