Island Geotechnical Engineering, a well-established Geotechnical Engineering firm located in Oahu, Maui, Island of Hawaii, is looking for Geotechnical Engineers both experienced and recent graduates.
Job Responsibilities:
Be able to work with different disciplines.
Be able to manage financial and technical aspects of projects.
Plan and supervise soil exploration, logging, and classification.
Conduct Soil test in the field and laboratory when needed.
Schedule laboratory testing to evaluate soil types, behavior, and engineering properties.
Lead and Manage Engineering Technicians/Inspectors
Lead and Manage Drilling Crew
Prepare Geotechnical Engineering Site Investigation Reports
Job Qualifications:
Minimum B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Be able to lift and carry 50 lb.
Must have a valid Driving License with clean abstract.
