PREVIEW OF JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Work with and support the Project Managers and General Superintendent in the field and office. Typical duties shall include, but is not limited to the following:
Oversee smaller projects
Project Safety Compliance
Submittal Processing
Change Orders
RFI’s
As-built Drawings
Shop Drawings
Subcontractor Communication
Field Reports
Identifying & addressing field specification/contract questions
Ensure that technical aspect of project is monitored and delivered by specifications
Full understanding of Company Master Schedule
Close-out Documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors from 4-year University with Mechanical or Civil Engineering Degree
Fluent in English-written and speaking
Proficient in Microsoft Office
3 – 10 years minimum experience in construction experience
Must be organized
Must be able to be quick thinking and adaptable
Be willing to accept mentorship and directions from experienced co-workers and supervisors
