We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in educational settings and possess a passion for supporting their development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide support to students in various educational tasks
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and other activities
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
- Help with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, classroom, nannying, or related field
- Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
- Ability to work with children of different age groups, including toddlers 3-5yr
- Must be able to pass background check
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
-Must be willing to do 16 hours per year of PATCH training
