Overview:
Seeking Dynamic Men and Women RBT candidates.
Private program seeks a dynamic selection of individuals interested in working full-time with a selected set of clients in both a center setting and community settings. Full-time hours with weekly shifts between 9 am and 530 pm Monday through Friday. Ideal candidate will be skilled with bonding with minimally verbal male clients and be able to work as a therapist, role model and/or assistant to their client with autism and related disorders. The ideal candidates will work in collaboration as part of a team with other team professionals, ensuring the successful implementation of individualized objectives. Supervision and Training is provided. Candidate should possess a valid driver’s license, be comfortable riding in a car with the client, have a good sense of fun, creativity and the ability or desire to expand their understanding of autism.

Responsibilities:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will:
Provide one-on-one services to individuals with autism.
Support individuals with autism reach their fullest potential.
Services are provided in either a center setting and/or community-based setting.
Qualifications:
Qualifications for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a high school diploma
Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities
Minimum one year of verifiable work experience preferably in the Behavioral field
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
work well in a team center environment
