Office Assistant and After School Care assistant in a school setting. 9:30AM-5:30PM
Assists in the office:
- Performs clerical tasks
- Answers phone, takes messages, communicates general information regarding the school
- Makes materials for the classroom and school
- Helps with hospitality
- Performs other duties that are requested by the Office Manager, Program
Administrator, or Head of School
Student Supervision:
- Assistants in After School Care program - assists with student supervision and support of
student learning
- Substitutes in the classroom on occasion and assists with student supervision and support of
student learning
- Works with individual and small groups of children as requested
