Starting Pay: $16.00/hour

Able to build rapport with casual acquaintances.
What you will be doing:
Customer Service-
Greeting visitors and customers. Direct visitors to the appropriate department/ employee.
Assist will call customers with receiving their order
Troubleshoot order issues.
Assist with customer warranties, returns, and exchanges.
Effectively communicate and work with other departments to assist on customers issues.
Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
Cashiering-
Accurately handle cash transactions.
Charge credit cards for will call invoices and COD delivered invoices.
Posting COD transactions onto the POS system that have been received.
