Position Overview:
Pest Control Technicians take part in delivering our unwavering commitment to excellence and the well-being of our customers, and play a crucial role in safeguarding their homes from unwanted pests. As trained and trusted experts in pest control, our technicians have the opportunity to make a rewarding difference to our valued customers every day.
Qualifications:
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Hold a valid Hawaii Driver's License, maintaining a clean driving record.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Pest Control Technician, your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:
Follow a daily schedule to ensure timely arrival at each appointment.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify pests, pest harborages, and potential entry points.
Determine the most effective pest control solutions and provide recommendations to customers.
Implement safe and efficient pest control measures with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare detailed reports of services rendered, documenting all findings and actions taken.
Operate and maintain company-provided service vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
