Are you the heart-centered, dynamic Spa Coordinator/Reservation Specialist we are looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, welcoming, self-motivated Spa Coordinator to join our team!

This role is part-time and applicant is required to work at least one weekend shift with flexibility to work additional hours to cover sickness/holidays where required.

Ho’omana Spa is a Hawaiian owned and operated Wellness and education center located Upcountry above Makawao town and is TripAdvisor’s #1 spa on Maui island.

You will be working at “Aunty’s House”, a welcoming environment with a culture of Aloha.

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly proficient and comfortable with technology (Mac, Google products, Microsoft office)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exemplary customer service

Proficient time management qualities

Skills/ Experience:

Computer skills and a professional phone manner are a must.

Hospitality reception experience is desirable but not essential.

Must have reliable transportation /
