Join the fun, and spend the day as an Event Registration Clerk for an upcoming event in Honolulu! We are looking to hire 50 customer service associates to work one day only, Saturday March 29th and be part of the Event Registration Team!
Major Duties include:
Assist with Registration - Checking in large groups of people in a fast past work environment. Help attendees sign up using electronic devices.
Set up and break down registration counters. Set tables, inventory and organize supplies.
Organize and clean work areas.
Organize lines in high traffic areas.
Assist in counting attendees in different sections
Pass out lunches
Assist in additional tasks or responsibilities given by onsite manager
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Has a passion for helping others
Enjoys providing a high level of customer service
Proficient with computers and mobile electronic devices, apps.
Able to handle working with large groups
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be adaptable with event last minute changes. Flexibility a must!
Standing for long periods of time to assist with attendees seating and questions.
Two Shifts available: 5:45 am - 5:00pm and 9:45 am - 5:00pm. Lunch to be provided.
Pay is $21.00/hr. Great gig for the day - Earn up to $240.00/for the day.
