Guest Service Ambassador - On-Call($33.09/hr)
Primary Responsibilities: As an integral part of the team, is responsible for continuously looking for ways to improve each guest’s experience from providing exceptional guest service to being the guest’s liaison with both hotel and non-hotel services. Provide prompt and courteous service, assist in registration and departure service. Assist in maintaining daily department operations.
Bell Desk Ambassador - On-Call($30.96/hr)
Primary Responsibilities: As an integral part of a team, Bell Desk Ambassador is responsible for continuously looking for ways to improve Guests’ experience by providing exceptional guest service. Actively listen and respond positively to Guest questions, concerns, and request using the property or department standards to resolve issues, surprise & delight and build trust. Anticipate Guests’ service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner. Including asking questions of Guest to better understand their needs and listening to Guest preference to act on them whenever possible.
