CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN FRONT OFFICE
Bell Desk Ambassador - Full Time ($27.99/hr)
Primary Responsibilities: As an integral part of a team, Bell Desk Ambassador is responsible for continuously looking for ways to improve Guests’ experience by providing exceptional guest service. Actively listen and respond positively to Guest questions, concerns, and request using the property or department standards to resolve issues, surprise & delight and build trust. Anticipate Guests’ service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner. Including asking questions of Guest to better understand their needs and listening to Guest preference to act on them whenever possible.
Front Service Ambassador - Full Time ($17.71/hr plus tips)
Primary Responsibilities: As an integral part of a team, Front Service Ambassador is responsible for continuously looking for ways to improve each guest’s experience from providing exceptional guest service to transporting guest luggage to/from guest rooms, escorting guests to rooms, and informing guests of all hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. Assist Guest and Patrons with vehicle assistance; valet services and responsible to keep the Porte Cochere area clean, safe and traffic flow. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
Guest Service Ambassador - On-Call ($30.22/hr)
Primary Responsibilities: As an integral part of the team, is responsible for continuously looking for ways to improve each guest’s experience from providing exceptional guest service to being the guest’s liaison with both hotel and non-hotel services. Provide prompt and courteous service, assist in registration and departure service. Assist in maintaining daily department operations.
