The Owner Relations Manager serves as a dedicated liaison between property owners and our vacation rental management team, ensuring smooth communication, effective property management, and high owner satisfaction. This role is crucial in building and maintaining solid relationships with property owners while coordinating property standards and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, experienced in conflict resolution and skilled at balancing multiple responsibilities.
2-3 years experience preferred.
Familiarity with vacation rental platform and understanding of Maui vacation rental market and local regulations a plus. Also experience with property management software, CRM tool and outlook.
