On-Call Guest Services Associate

LOCATION: Kihei, Wailea, Makena, and Maalaea

HOURS / DAYS: Part Time On-Call Shifts Available

Monday, Thursday, & Friday

9 am - 2 pm Shift

3 pm - 6 pm Shift

Saturday Shift 10 am - 6 pm

JOB SUMMARY:

Are you someone who leads with aloha and takes pride in making others feel welcome and cared for? We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and service-minded Guest Services Associate to join our ohana and help create unforgettable experiences for our vacation rental guests. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that guests count on. Whether it's sharing local tips, resolving an issue with care, or simply ensuring everything feels like home, your role will be key in delivering the spirit of aloha every step of the way.

This is an "On-Call" position, meaning you will be called to one of our properties when a guest requires assistance or if an item needs to be picked up or delivered to a property. There is no requirement to be at our office or on location during your shifts, but you MUST BE AVAILABLE when you are called. You are paid for the entire shift, regardless of whether you are called or not.

This is perfect for someone who’s friendly, eager to learn, and excited to grow in the hospitality field. Although this is an entry-level position, there is plenty of room for growth, including full-time work, promotions, and advancement into leadership roles.

- Flexible availability, especially on evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Comfort using basic technology, messaging apps, and email

- Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle tasks with care and attention

- A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

- PREFERRED: Customer service experience in the hospitality industry and excellent references
